Refund Policy – Great Lakes Consulting Pro


1) General Policy

At Great Lakes Consulting Pro, our goal is to provide exceptional luxury car acquisition consulting services tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Due to the personalized nature of our work and the resources allocated upon project initiation, all deposits and consulting fees are generally non-refundable, except as stated below.


2) Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Initial consultation fees.
  • Service retainers or deposits paid to begin the acquisition process.
  • Any third-party expenses incurred on your behalf (e.g., inspections, legal checks, auction fees, transportation, storage).

3) Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  1. A duplicate payment was made in error.
  2. We fail to deliver services explicitly stated in a signed agreement, and such failure is solely attributable to us.
  3. A transaction is canceled before any work has commenced, and no costs have been incurred on your behalf.

4) Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Submit a written request to billing@greatlakesconsultingpro.com within 14 days of payment.
  2. Provide your invoice number and details of your request.
  3. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

5) Third-Party Transactions

We are not responsible for refund policies of third-party sellers, auction houses, or service providers engaged during the acquisition process.
Any claims regarding those transactions must be addressed directly with the relevant third party.


6) Currency & Fees

All refunds (when applicable) are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF) or the original currency of payment.
Bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
